Convenient location near the beach. Friendly and welcoming family. Good Wifi and mosquito nets provided. Delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful owner who knows the area well. Modern and beautiful property. Lovely view of the school

The hotel had a decent location, quite close to the beautiful beach, with many restaurants and shops around. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. the bathroom had a good size, and the Wi-Fi signal was decent. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or services needed.
The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor quality ingredients.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was so close to the beach, which made our stay amazing. The hotel facilities were nice and it had everything we needed for a great stay - including a delicious breakfast. Great staff, clean rooms, and convenient location During my recent stay in Mirissa over New Year, I enjoyed my time at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and helped me out with anything I needed. They kept the rooms extremely clean and I appreciated the attention to detail. the location was perfect for me as it was close enough to walk to the beach and all the bars/restaurants, but still in a quieter area. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast offered in the mornings.
the hot water was limited and it was difficult to find the right temperature for a shower.

Spent new year here with friends and the location was perfect! Short walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the opportunity to hire scooters during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size.
The shower pressure was weak and the WiFi didn't work in our room. We had to go to the lobby to use it.
